-About the Point System
Points will be issued at a 5% return rate on the amount of the product you purchase.
For 1 point = 1 yen, you can use it from your next purchase on this website and at KADOYA direct stores nationwide.
Please note that consumption tax, shipping costs, handling fees, etc. will not be awarded.

About orders
Our online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Please add the product to your cart from the product page you want and enter the delivery address and payment information from the cart screen.
You will receive an email confirming your order details after completion, so please check it.
You can also view the details of your order on my My Page.
You will receive an email at a later date when the product is shipped.

About Cross-Border orders
- Credit card payment
Credit cards with the VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express and Diners logos are available.
Payment is limited to one lump sum payment.
(Some credit cards may be able to make installments or revolving payments later. For more information, please contact your credit card company directly.)
*If you use a credit card, we will not be able to accept your order if the applicant's name and the card holder are different. Please note that if the name of the applicant is different from the name of the card, we may call you to confirm with the holder. In that case, even if you specify a date of arrival, we will suspend shipping until confirmation is made.
*Personal information entered by customers will be processed safely using SSL encrypted communication.
- Rakuten Pay
You can also earn Rakuten points based on the amount you purchase. You can also use your points.

- PayPay Online Payment

--If you order from a computer
Scan the QR code displayed when you make a payment, or enter your phone number and password on the PayPay login screen that appears and press the "Pay" button.
- Paidy payment
Enter your email address and mobile number, then enter the 4-digit authentication number that will be sent via SMS to purchase the product. After that, you will be notified by email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month, and you will be able to pay by convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit by the 10th of the following month.
All information required for payment with Paidy is your email address and mobile number. Convenience store payments and bank transfers are possible, and credit card registration is not required, so even those who do not have a credit card can use it.
When using Paydy Payment, when an electronic notification of "shipping your order" is provided to you from this website, your contract application will be accepted and the sales contract will be concluded.

*The maximum amount for cash on delivery is 300,000 yen, including fees. We cannot accept cash on delivery orders that exceed the maximum amount, so please split your order.
- Bank transfer payment
This is a payment method that requires you to deposit the payment into a bank account designated by our company after your order is confirmed. Your transfer account information will be sent to you via an order confirmation email.
Once payment is confirmed, we will prepare the item for delivery.
The payment deadline is within 5 days from the date of your order.
If we are unable to confirm payment within the deadline, we will cancel your order.
Our company will only accept payment confirmation work on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

2. About delivery
Delivery within Japan will be made by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express (Japan Post only in Okinawa).
Please note that we cannot accept requests for delivery company specifications.
After confirming your payment, items in stock at our logistics warehouse will be shipped within 1 business day if ordered by 1pm, and items ordered from direct stores will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
Cross-border delivery will be delivered via DHL.
*Delivery to Okinawa and outside of Japan involves air transport, so liquid items (some maintenance goods) cannot be delivered.
3. Regarding delivery date and time specifications
You can specify the delivery date and time when placing your order.
The date you can specify is not the shortest delivery date, so if you would like the shortest delivery date, please do not specify a date before placing your order.
You can choose the delivery time from the following:
*Depending on the product, we may not be able to meet your request due to reasons such as movement or out of stock.
About wrapping
We will wrap it for a simple, free gift for someone special.
Please write that you would like the item wrapped in the notes section on the cart screen before placing your order.
*Wrapping method cannot be specified.
* Items that show the price (price cards and delivery notes) will be packaged without any items being sold.
*Noshi or message cards are not available.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of products only within 7 days of receipt of the product and unused items.
Products that have been processed such as length-fixing or patch-sewing, and items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you return or exchange due to customer's convenience (size does not fit, image is different, etc.), we ask that you pay the shipping fee for returns and exchanges and the refund transfer fee.
We will cover the shipping costs in the event of defective or incorrect delivery.

We will utilize product reviews received from customers to develop better products. In addition, product reviews can be useful for customers considering the product, so we look forward to receiving your many comments.

Orders, repairs, and cleaning products
1. About making custom-made and semi-custom-made items
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the nature of the product, as we will produce custom-made and semi-custom-made products for you after receiving your order.
Please note that if you accept cancellations for special reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the production progress.
2. Storage period for cleaning and repaired items
Please be aware that if the following conditions apply to you, the customer has deemed to have waived ownership of the product you have requested to clean and repaired (hereinafter referred to as "the product") that has been stored after the cleaning and repair has been completed or work has not yet begun, and if the following applies, the customer deems that the customer has waived ownership of the product and we will dispose of the product using the prescribed method of our company.
- If you have notified the customer that the item has been returned, but the customer is unable to receive it.
- If you have notified us of the estimated amount and you have cancelled your request, but you are unable to receive the item.
- If the estimated amount is over 30 days from the date we informed you of the estimate, but no response from the customer is given to you
- If you can no longer contact us
In these cases, we will be able to charge the customer for the cleaning and repair costs of the product, as well as the costs incurred for storing the product and the costs incurred for disposal.
3. Storage period for custom-made, semi-custom-made, and pre-ordered items
Please be aware that if a custom-made, semi-custom-made, or pre-ordered item (hereinafter referred to as the "item") ordered by the customer falls under the following conditions, it will be deemed that the customer has waived ownership of the product over a one-year storage period from the completion notice or the date of receipt notice, and that we will dispose of the product using the method specified by us.
- If you have notified us that the item will be delivered to you, but you are unable to receive it.
- If you can no longer contact us
In these cases, we will be able to charge the customer for the product price and cancellation fee, as well as the costs incurred for storage and disposal.
