How to check your points

How to use points

 

-About the points system

Points will be issued at a rate of 5% of the total amount of your purchase.
1 point = 1 yen and can be used on your next purchase on this website or at KADOYA stores nationwide.
Please note that this will not apply to consumption tax, shipping fees, commission, etc.

Our online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Add the product to your cart from the product page of your choice, and enter your shipping address and payment information on the cart screen.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email.
You can also check your order details on My Page.
You will receive a notification email once your item has been shipped.

>>If you don't receive an email
If you do not receive an email, it may be that your order was not completed successfully, the email address you entered is incorrect, or the email has been blocked or sorted into spam folders in your email reception settings.
Please set your email address to allow receiving emails from the domain [ @ekadoya.com ] in advance.

・Payment methods

- Credit card payment

We accept credit cards with the VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express, and Diners logos.

Payments are limited to one lump sum payments.
(Depending on the card company, it may be possible to pay in installments or in revolving payments later. For details, please contact your card company directly.)

*If you use a credit card, we cannot accept your order if the applicant's name is different from the cardholder's name. If the applicant's name is different from the cardholder's name, please note that we or the card company may contact the cardholder by phone to confirm. In that case, we will suspend shipment until confirmation is received, even if you specify an arrival date.
*Personal information you enter is processed securely via SSL encrypted communication.

This service allows you to easily make payments using the credit card information registered to your Rakuten ID, and also allows you to earn and use points.
You can also earn Rakuten points according to the amount of your purchase. You can also use your existing points.

- PayPay online payment

You can pay using the PayPay app on your smartphone.

--When ordering via smartphone
When you make a payment, the PayPay app will automatically launch, so please check the details and press the "Pay" button. After the payment is complete, you will automatically be returned to the Kadoya Online Shop.
--If you order via computer
To make a payment, scan the QR code displayed at the time of payment, or enter your phone number and password on the PayPay login screen that appears and press the "Pay" button.

- Paidy payment (coming soon)

Paidy is a payment service that allows you to easily pay later using just your smartphone.

Enter your email address and mobile phone number, then enter the 4-digit authentication number sent to you via SMS to purchase the product. You will then be notified of the billing amount via email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month, and can pay by convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit by the 10th of the following month.

The only information required for payment with Paidy is an email address and mobile phone number. Payments can be made at convenience stores or by bank transfer, and no credit card registration is required, so even those who do not have a credit card can use it.

When using Paypal payment, your offer is accepted and a sales contract is formed when we provide you with an electronic notification of "your order has been shipped."

- Cash on delivery (COD)
You can pay at the doorstep when your order is delivered.
Payment is by cash only (credit cards are not accepted), so please prepare the total amount in advance.
Please pay the fee to the Yamato Transport delivery driver.
The following fees will be charged for each order depending on the total amount paid.

*The maximum amount for cash on delivery is 300,000 yen, including handling fees. We cannot accept cash on delivery orders that exceed this maximum amount, so please split your order into parts.




- Bank transfer payment
This is a payment method in which you transfer the amount to our designated bank account after your order is confirmed. We will inform you of the bank account details in the order confirmation email.
Once payment is confirmed, we will prepare the product for shipment.

Payment is due within 5 days from the date of order.
If we are unable to confirm your payment within the deadline, your order will be cancelled.

We will only process payment confirmations on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

 


・Shipping/Delivery

 

1. Shipping Fee

Japan (excluding Okinawa Prefecture) 1,100 yen
Okinawa Prefecture 2,200 yen

*Orders over 11,000 yen (tax included) will be delivered free of charge within Japan.

2. About delivery

Within Japan, delivery will be made by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express (Japan Post only in Okinawa).
Please note that we cannot accept requests to specify a delivery company.
After confirming your payment, products in stock at our logistics warehouse will be shipped within 1 business day if ordered by 1:00 p.m., and products ordered from our directly managed stores will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

Cross-border deliveries will be made by DHL.

*Since deliveries to Okinawa and outside of Japan involve air transport, liquid items (some maintenance products) cannot be delivered.

3. Specifying delivery date and time

You can specify the delivery date and time when placing your order.
The date you can specify is not the shortest delivery date, so if you would like your order to be delivered as soon as possible, please do not specify a date when placing your order.

You can choose the delivery time from the options below.

*Depending on the product, we may not be able to meet your request due to reasons such as movement or shortage.

 


・About gift wrapping

We provide simple gift wrapping for gifts to loved ones free of charge.
Please indicate your request for gift wrapping in the comments section of the shopping cart before placing your order.

*You cannot specify the wrapping method.
*Items that indicate the price (price cards, invoices) will be removed before packing.
*We do not provide gift wrapping or message cards.

 


・Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of unused products within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that products that have been processed, such as by shortening the hemming or sewing on patches, and products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you wish to return or exchange an item,Return/Exchange FormPlease apply from here.

If you wish to return or exchange an item for your own reasons (e.g. the size does not fit, the item is different from what you expected, etc.), you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange, as well as the refund transfer fee.
In the event of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, shipping costs will be borne by our company.

 


・About product reviews

Product reviews are opinions from customers who have actually used the product.
We will use the product reviews we receive from our customers to develop better products. Product reviews will also serve as a reference for customers who are considering purchasing a product, so we look forward to receiving your feedback.

Please note that it may take some time for your review to be published after it has been submitted. Also, reviews that fall under the following categories will not be published.

- Content related to anything other than the product in question
・Content that can identify individuals such as customers or our staff
- Content that slanders others
- Content that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Content that leads to other sites
- Content that is for commercial advertising purposes
- Content that lists the names of manufacturers or brands other than our company
- Posting any other content that the Company deems inappropriate

Product reviews are the personal opinions of our customers. We do not guarantee the content of product reviews, and we are not responsible for any damages incurred by users as a result of product reviews on this site.

We cannot reply to reviews posted.
If you need a response, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Reviews posted by users may be used freely and free of charge by the Company without notifying the user himself/herself. In addition, users may not exercise their moral rights against the Company.
In addition, even if the content posted is similar to the product that we develop and sell in the future, the poster will not receive any compensation or rights.

 



・About orders, repairs, and cleaning items

1. About custom-made and semi-custom-made products

Please note that custom-made and semi-custom-made products are made for customers after receiving their order, so due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer reasons.

If you cancel for special reasons, please note that a cancellation fee may be charged depending on the progress of production.


2. Storage period for cleaning and repaired items

Please note that if the items entrusted to us by you for cleaning or repair (hereinafter referred to as "the items") are in our storage after cleaning or repair has been completed or work has not yet commenced and any of the following conditions apply, we will assume that you have abandoned ownership of the items one year after the date of notification and we will dispose of the items in the manner specified by our company.

  1. If you have not received the item despite being notified to return it
  2. If after we have notified you of the estimated price, you cancel your order but do not receive the item.
  3. If the customer does not respond to the quotation within 30 days from the date of notification of the quotation
  4. If we are unable to contact you

In such cases, we may charge you the cost of cleaning and repairing the item, as well as the costs of storing and disposing of the item.


3. Storage period for custom-made, semi-custom-made and reserved items

Please note that if any of the following conditions apply to custom-made, semi-custom-made or reserved items (hereinafter referred to as "Items") ordered by you, we will assume that you have waived ownership of the Item after one year from the date of notification of completion or receipt of the Item, and we will dispose of the Item in a manner specified by our company.

  1. If the customer fails to receive the item despite being notified that it will be delivered
  2. If we are unable to contact you


In such cases, we may charge you the cost of the item, as well as the cost of storage and disposal, in addition to the cost of the item and the cancellation fee.
