-About point system

Points will be issued with a 5 % redemption rate for the product amount you purchased.
With 1 point = 1 yen, you can use it from the next shopping at this site and KADOYA directly managed stores nationwide.
Please note that it will not be given to the amount of consumption tax, shipping fee, commission, etc.

About order

Our online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Please add the product to the cart from the desired product page, and enter the delivery information and payment information from the cart screen.
Please check the order confirmation email after completion.

This online shop offers a wealth of payment methods.

-The credit card payment


You can use credit cards with VISA, Master, JCB, American Express, and Diners logo.

The number of payments is only for lump -sum payment.

Scan the QR code displayed at the time of payment, or enter the phone number and password on the displayed PayPay login screen and press the "Pay" button.

-Paidy payment

Paidy is a payment service that allows you to easily pay out with a single smartphone.

Enter your email address and mobile number, enter the 4 -digit authentication number that arrives in SMS and purchase the product. After that, you will be notified of the amount of billing and SMS by e -mail and SMS between the 1st and 3rd days of the following month, and will be paid by convenience store, bank transfer, and account transfer by the 10th of the following month.

The only information required for payment in Paidy is email address and mobile number. Convenience store payments and bank transfer are possible and credit card registration is not required, so those who do not have a credit card can be used.

At the time of Paidy Payment, when this site is provided to the customer for "Shipping of order", the customer's contract application will be accepted and a sales contract will be concluded.

-Cash on delivery payment (cash on delivery)
You can pay the price at the entrance when delivering your order.
Payment is only cash (credit card is not available), so please prepare a total payment amount in advance.
Please pay the price to the Yamato Transport delivery driver.
The following fees will be charged according to the total amount paid for each order.

-Bank transfer payment

This is a payment method to deposit the price to our designated bank account after the order is confirmed. We will notify you of the transfer destination information by the order confirmation email.
As soon as payment is confirmed, we will prepare to ship the product.

The payment deadline is within 5 days from the order date.
If you cannot confirm payment within the deadline, we will cancel your order.

The payment confirmation work by the Company is only on weekdays (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

About shipping / delivery

* We will deliver free shipping in Japan with an order of 11,000 yen or more including tax.

2. About delivery

Japan will be delivered by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express (Japan Post Japan Post).
Please note that we cannot accept the delivery company designation.
After confirming the payment, we will ship products in our logistics warehouse within one business until 1:00 pm, and products ordered from directly managed stores will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

Cross -border delivery will be delivered by DHL.

* Delivery in Okinawa and Japan is involved in air transportation, so liquids (partial maintenance goods) cannot be delivered.

3. About delivery date and time

You can specify the date and time of delivery when ordering.
The specified date is not the shortest day, so if you wish to deliver in the shortest time, please place an order without specifying the date.

You can choose the delivery time from the following.

* Depending on the product, we may not be able to meet your request due to reasons such as traveling or missing.

 

About wrapping

For gifts for loved ones, we will wrap it for free.
Please enter the order in the remarks column in the cart screen before ordering.

* You cannot specify the wrapping method.
* Except for what you know (price card / delivery note), we will pack it.
* No bonito / message card is available.

 

About return / exchange

We accept returns and exchanges of products within 7 days from the arrival of the product and only for unused items.
In addition, processed products such as length stuffing and patch sewing, and sale products are not eligible for returned or exchanged items.

If you want to return or exchange for customer's convenience (the size does not match, the image is different, etc.), please pay the shipping fee and the refund transfer fee for the return exchange.

About order, repair, cleaning items

1. About the production of custom -made, semi -custom -made

Please note that custom -made, semi -custom -made products are made for customers after receiving the order of the customer, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer convenience due to the characteristics of the product.

Please note that cancellation fees will be charged depending on the production progress if you accept the cancellation for special reasons.


2. About the storage period of cleaning and repaired products

Cleaning and repair requests (hereinafter referred to as the "relevant") of cleaning requests and repair requests received from the customer are completed or not worked. Please note that the customer has abandoned the ownership of the product, and it is considered that the company disposes the product in our prescribed method.
