The "HEAD FACTORY ORDER SYSTEM" is divided into four categories, ranging from "SELECT ORDER", which uses a ready-made HEAD FACTORY model as a base and only changes the material, to "FULL ORDER", which embodies the customer's original image.
We also offer options such as adding pockets. First, please tell the store staff your request. Based on our many years of experience, we will discuss the details with you, taking into account past cases. We think it is very important to share the image that our customers have in mind.
The "production" process begins when the customer imagines "the perfect garment just for them," and Kadoya staff will support them all the way through to completion. The experience of seeing the process of how something is made will make you feel even more attached to the finished garment.

Custom Order A

In addition to the select order options, you can also change the sleeve length and length of the garment. The base can be selected from the sizes of HEAD FACTORY's ready-made models.
Custom Order B
Unit price + ¥40,000 (excluding tax)
In addition to the select order contents, you can also change the overall size. The base can be selected from the various sizes of HEAD FACTORY ready-made models.

A superb custom-made product that is completed after your own measurements and fitting. Full customization and size order based on HEAD FACTORY ready-made models. Pattern making from measurements to fitting is also included.
Full order/special order flow
① Meeting
We had a meeting with the staff based on the handwritten image and the photo of the jacket that we wanted to refer to.
We will determine the outline of the specifications and the approximate amount.
② Measurement
In the case of jackets, measurements are taken at about 20 points. Our staff, who are well versed in measuring, will take measurements based on the image of the finished product.
③ Material selection
You can choose the type and color of leather, lining, belt buckle, button, thread color, etc. from a large number of samples.
④ Pattern making
Based on the measurement data delivered to the head office factory, the pattern maker creates the paper pattern. During this time, detailed specifications are confirmed and decisions are made in parallel.
⑤ Temporary sewing
Based on the completed pattern paper, we will perform "temporary stitching" before production. Using a "temporary jacket" made of thick fabric, check the actual size and silhouette.
⑥ Adjustment
Based on the fitting situation, we will fine-tune the pattern if necessary. In addition, we repeatedly check the materials used and details to prepare for production.
⑦ Main production
A sewing specification sheet containing all the data from the meeting is delivered to the craftsman. After careful final confirmation from the maker's perspective, we begin cutting the leather.
⑧ Completion
At Head Factory, a single craftsman takes responsibility for everything from cutting the leather to sanding, sewing, and finishing. After completion, the finished product is shipped from the factory after measurements are taken by a patterner and final inspection by the factory manager.
Notes
Prices vary depending on design, specifications, size, and material, and will be quoted at each store. You will need at least two visits to complete your order.

We cannot accept custom orders without visiting the store. You will need to visit the store as we need to take your body measurements.
While a custom order is just a case of adjusting the size based on a ready-made size, a full order creates a pattern from scratch based on the customer's measurements. Another big difference is that a custom order does not have a fitting, whereas a full order does.
