Order
If the total purchase amount after using points is 11,000 yen or more, shipping is free within Japan (1,100 yen for Okinawa Prefecture only)
If the total purchase amount after using points is less than 11,000 yen, the shipping fee will be 1,100 yen within Japan (2,200 yen only in Okinawa Prefecture)
For deliveries outside of Japan, shipping fees vary depending on the country or region. Exact shipping fees can be found on the checkout screen.
Items that are in stock in our distribution warehouse will be shipped within 7 business days for items ordered from our directly managed stores after the next business day at the shortest from the date of order.
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email.

If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please enter your desired date and time in the comments section of your shopping cart when placing your order.
Once an order is confirmed, shipping arrangements will begin in the logistics system, so in principle we cannot accept cancellations due to customer reasons.
However, depending on the timing, we may be able to stop shipping in time, so if you wish to cancel, please contact us using the chat in the bottom right.
If cancellation is not possible, the item will be accepted and returned for your convenience. Please carefully check the product, color, size, shipping address, payment method, email address, etc. before placing your order.
*This does not include cases where we cancel at our discretion, such as when we suspect fraud or there is a history of refusal to accept the package in the past.
You can place an order without registering as a member.
If you register as a member and place an order, you will receive 5% of the order amount (excluding tax) in points. This is a very advantageous points program that is valid for two years from the date of your last purchase and can also be used at our directly managed stores, so we recommend that you register as a member and place an order.
We accept returns for unused items within 7 days of receiving the item, so please return the item and place a new order in your desired size.

If you have logged in and placed an order, you can check it from your order history. If there is no indication in your order history, your order has not been completed.
Pre-orders are accepted for products with a description of "This product is a reserved product" on the product detail screen.
We will sell limited quantity items that can only be purchased at KADOYA ONLINE, as well as pre-release items at stores as reserved items.
Pre-order items have a delivery date for product shipment, and it will take time to ship.
Please be sure to check the delivery date on the product detail page before ordering.
* Due to production reasons, there is a possibility that the delivery date of the product will be changed, production will be reduced or canceled, and the product may not be received and may be canceled.
*If there is a delay in production, we will notify you by email.
*If the production is early, we will deliver the product as soon as it is delivered.
* The product image is a sample, so the specifications, processing, size, color, etc. may differ slightly from the actual product.

* Depending on the delivery status from the KADOYA online shop, the customer's receipt may be delayed from the actual store sales date and online shop sales date.

Points for products recorded on the product page or in the shopping cart will not be added at the time of product purchase payment. Additional charges will be added several hours after the product is confirmed to be shipped. Please note.

Regarding delivery
You cannot specify the shipping company.
Delivery within Japan will be made by Sagawa Express.
(Orders from overseas will be delivered by DHL Express.)
Due to our system, we ship items by order number, so we cannot ship items with the same order number separately.

We can ship to most countries around the world, with the exception of a few countries.
Product prices, taxes, and shipping fees vary depending on your country or region. You can view the various costs associated with your order at the checkout screen.
Since the system arranges shipping for each order number, orders with different order numbers cannot be shipped together.
