About cross-border shipping

KADOYA Online Shop accepts orders from all over the worldWe accept it.

Countries where products can be delivered

We can ship to most countries, with the exception of a few.
Cross-border orders are shipped by us using Global-e's international fulfillment services and Global-e will be the seller of record for the transaction.

 

Payment Method

For orders from outside Japan, you can pay for your items using the payment methods provided by Global-e.

Delivery company and delivery time

We will ship via DHL Express.

It may take up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.
Items will be shipped from a warehouse in Japan, so it may take several days for delivery to your destination country.
When you place your order you will be shown the estimated delivery time to your country.

*This does not apply in cases of force majeure beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, etc.
*The above number of days applies only to products in stock at our warehouse. For pre-ordered items and made-to-order products, we will contact you separately by email to inform you of the delivery date.

Shipping costs for items shipped outside of Japan vary depending on the weight of the item.
You can check the shipping charges on the purchase process screen.

Please note that shipping charges may change depending on the fuel surcharge, which is updated monthly.

 

Customs and import taxes

When shipping outside of Japan, you may be required to pay various taxes stipulated by the destination country or region.
Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
 

Returns and Refunds

If you are returning an item purchased through a cross-border order, we will refund the amount minus the cost of return shipping.
Please note that any taxes or shipping fees you have paid are non-refundable.

Product prices are based on Japanese yen and are subject to change depending on the daily exchange rate.
Please note that we are unable to provide exchange rate information as exchange rates are updated in real time.

This site is available in Japanese, English, Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), Korean, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic and Hindi.
If you are using a PC, you can change the language from the top right of the screen.
Please note that the translations were made using translation software, so the accuracy may not be perfect.
