Notes
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
- Products with pre-processed sleeve lengths, patch sewn, and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items returned to us will be returned or exchanged based on the results of inspection. If the product is inspected and the product is found to be dirty or out of stock, we may not be able to accept returns.
- For products delivered outside of Japan, please use the DHL return label issued by our company. Furthermore, due to international shipping, shipping costs may be high, so we recommend that you check in advance.
Return method
If you wish to return the item,My page for returnsPlease log in to the product you want and select the product you want to request a return request.
After the person in charge confirms your request, you will receive an approval email, so please send the returned item to the address listed in the approval email.
After confirming the product's arrival, we will refund the product price or send a replacement.
※We will cover the shipping costs in the event of defective or incorrect delivery.
*If you are exchanging an exchange or ordering from outside of Japan, please return the item and place your order again.
