About cross-border shipping
KADOYA online shop accepts orders from all over the world.

Supported countries
We can ship items to most countries, with the exception of some countries.
Cross-border orders will be fulfilled by us using Global-e's international fulfillment services, and Global-e will be recorded as the seller of the transaction.
Delivery company and delivery time
We will ship by DHL Express.
Since the item will be shipped from a warehouse in Japan, it may take several days for delivery depending on the destination country.
When you place your order, the estimated delivery time to your country will be displayed.
*This does not apply in the case of force majeure that is not our responsibility, such as natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, etc.
*The above days are limited to products that are in stock at our warehouse. For pre-order items, made-to-order items, etc., we will notify you of the delivery date via separate email.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs for products shipped outside of Japan vary depending on the weight of the product.
You can check the shipping charges that will be incurred on the purchase procedure screen.
Please note that shipping charges may vary depending on the fuel surcharge, which is updated monthly.
Customs duties, value added tax, etc.
When shipping outside of Japan, you may be required to pay customs duties and other fees determined by the destination country or region.
You can check the applicable customs duties on the order screen.
Returns and Refunds
If you return an item purchased through a cross-border order, we will refund the amount minus the return shipping fee.
Also, please note that various taxes and shipping fees paid are not eligible for refund.

Product prices are based on Japanese yen and fluctuate depending on daily exchange rates.
