Head Office Factory Manager: Ichishima

Message from the recruiter

For over 90 years since our founding, we have been making leather products in Asakusa, continuing to evolve while preserving Japanese artisanal techniques.

The mission of this factory is to deliver "authenticity" to customers through the production of flagship brands, repairs, and custom-made products. The appeal of working at Kadoya is that you can experience the depth of working with leather as a material and the fun of manufacturing.

Although the work is steady and painstaking, the accumulation of these efforts will lead to your own growth, and eventually you will feel proud to be a "craftsman." Regardless of your experience, we have created an environment where you can learn skills with peace of mind, with thorough support. Our factory aims to always provide the highest quality in a stable manner, and we value the balance between efficiency and carefulness.

We welcome people who love leather products and can persevere in detailed work. Also, cooperation and a positive attitude are essential to work together as a team. Let's build "the joy of making things" and "pride as a craftsman" together. We look forward to your new challenge!
