I mainly work as an assistant in the production of bags and leather jackets.

I think the people who work here are all very unique. Each person has a unique background, and even if it's not directly related to their work, I respect how they are able to use their experiences at Kadoya.

[What is rewarding, exciting and fun about your job?]

It's a place where you can turn leather into products with your own hands.

When you cut the material, it's just a flat surface, but as you work on it, it takes shape, and finally becomes a three-dimensional product that is shipped. It's a big responsibility to be in charge of this entire process until completion, but that's what makes it rewarding.

[Please tell us what you value most in your work]

Naturally, I concentrate on making things except for breaks. My senior craftsmen taught me that "if you make things with a casual attitude, the quality will be reasonable," so I make things with that motto.
