I am in charge of the production, repair, and custom-made work of the main products at the head office factory. In recent years, I have been involved in repairing many items, but I am also involved in product planning.

Since joining the company, I have had the impression that it is a company that attracts interesting people, perhaps because of the flexibility it has to try new things while preserving the traditions of a long-established company.

[What is rewarding, exciting and fun about your job?]

One of the attractions of our company is that one person is in charge of the entire process of making leather jackets. This naturally brings with it a sense of responsibility, which makes the job both rewarding and enjoyable.

[Please tell us what you value most in your work]

We don't want to disappoint our customers who choose and purchase our products. We are conscious of creating products that we can be proud of no matter where they are seen.

I don't want to make things that break easily, and I realize that when something breaks, it's not the end of the world; I can just fix it.

I also try not to forget the excitement I felt when I first discovered this job.
