In addition to manufacturing, repairing, and planning leather products, I am also in charge of the overall operation of the head office factory. Through my daily work, I aim to maintain KADOYA's high quality standards and deliver the total value of our products, from manufacturing to after-sales service.

[Please tell us about the appeal of Kadoya]

The greatest attraction of Kadoya is the "people and things." I feel rewarded by the environment where I can continue to create things while working with experienced craftsmen and learning from their knowledge and techniques.

[What is rewarding, exciting and fun about your job?]

I originally entered this industry because I loved leather and craftsmanship, but the work of KADOYA, especially the head office factory, is not limited to manufacturing leather products. What is most appealing about the company is that it handles a wide range of tasks, including repairs, customization, and planning.

We make special products that combine the aspects of clothing, such as riders' jackets and racing suits, with the functionality of tools. These must be functional, and the premise is that "if they break, they can be repaired." The work of the craftsmen at our head office factory is not just about being able to make things, but is always striving to create products that are more comfortable, stronger, more efficient, and more stylish and beautiful.

Working at our head office factory, commonly known as the "HEAD FACTORY," where we can create products with such deep consideration, is a place where our skills as craftsmen can be tested and we can further hone our techniques. I find the depth of the work fascinating and I find my work rewarding every day.

No matter how many products we make, each item is special to the customer. We must never forget that no matter what product it is, it is a one-of-a-kind item for the person who wears it.
