Please tell us about your current job.

In addition to manufacturing, repairing, and planning leather products, I am also in charge of the overall operation of the head office factory. Through my daily work, I aim to maintain KADOYA's high quality standards and deliver the total value of our products, from manufacturing to after-sales service.

[Please tell us about the appeal of Kadoya]

The greatest attraction of Kadoya is the people and the products. I find it rewarding to work alongside experienced craftsmen and learn from their knowledge and techniques while continuing to create things.

[What is rewarding, exciting, and fun about your job?]

I originally entered this industry because I loved leather and craftsmanship, but the work that KADOYA, and especially its headquarters factory, is responsible for is not limited to the production of leather products. What is appealing about the company is that it handles a wide range of tasks, including repairs, customization, and planning.

We make special products that combine the functionality of clothing, such as riders' jackets and racing suits, with the functionality of tools. Functionality is essential for these products, and they are based on the premise that "if they break, they can be repaired." The work of the craftsmen at our headquarters factory goes beyond simply being able to "make" something; they pursue how to make products that are more comfortable, stronger, more efficient, and more stylish and beautiful.

Working at our headquarters factory, commonly known as the "HEAD FACTORY," where we are able to create products with such deep consideration, is a place where our skills as craftsmen are put to the test and where we can further hone our techniques. I find the depth of this work fascinating, and I find it rewarding to work every day.

No matter how many products we produce, each "piece" is special to our customers. We believe that no matter what product we make, we must never forget that it is a one-of-a-kind item for the wearer.

This philosophy applies not only to production, but also to repairs and customizations. We work with the customer in mind, always valuing the value of each garment, by working closely with them through our products.
