[Please tell us about your current job]
I am in charge of route sales and proposing custom-made products. I regularly visit our clients' stores to introduce products, understand their needs, and propose products that meet their requests. I am also in charge of developing and providing custom-made products that meet customer requests, and I always try to make proposals that are unique and special for my clients.
I enjoy building relationships of trust and providing the products and services my customers and clients need.
[Please tell us about the appeal of Kadoya]
The appeal of Kadoya is that it can create products that are in line with the times, taking advantage of the technical expertise it has built up since 1935. In particular, it has an environment where you can take responsibility for what you want to do, and it is also possible to receive guidance and advice across departmental boundaries.
This open and collaborative culture encourages the growth of each employee.
[What is rewarding, exciting and fun about your job?]
The best part of my job is thinking up, producing, proposing and selling products that make users look good. I feel very rewarded when my clients appreciate the ideas and products I propose and when they want to leave it to me.
Furthermore, when a new product that you have been involved in or a product that you have proposed is actually reordered and reflected in the sales figures, you will feel an even greater sense of accomplishment as your efforts will be tangible.
[Please tell us what you value most in your work]
As part of the sales department, we do not deal with end users, but with retailers and the headquarters of our business partners. For this reason, we think about products and displays that fit the atmosphere of the store, and strive to create a pleasant sales floor.
We believe that responding sincerely to even the smallest requests and explaining things carefully is the foundation of building trust.
