Selling products that we have conceived and created in-house was a very refreshing experience for me, as I had only had experience working as an agency, and I realized that it was an environment in which I could work with great pride, being able to deliver products that I believe are good to customers.

When I first joined the company, I worked in sales, visiting wholesalers around the country who stocked our products and communicating with them over the phone. However, as I continued to work on a daily basis, I felt a strong sense of the potential of e-commerce sites, so I shifted to mainly e-commerce-related work, with the aim of improving the efficiency of the order-to-shipment flow and the quality of customer service.
