A customer's "thank you" is rewarding for me and a source of smiles

My only license was for a moped. I had never even worn a leather jacket, but I joined KADOYA.

I first learned about KADOYA through a job recruitment website I found in the midst of my job search. At the time, I was stuck and not making much progress in my job hunt, so KADOYA's job opening seemed incredibly bright to me.

My first impression was simply "cool." Even though I wasn't knowledgeable about motorcycles or leather jackets, their world view appeared attractive. On the other hand, I had no experience or skills whatsoever; it was a complete start from scratch. I entered with anxiety, but when I saw female staff members working whom I hadn't met during the interview, my honest thought was, "I'm not alone, thank goodness" (laughs).

First, I gained experience in actual work as a part-timer, and then in April, I officially became a full-time member of KADOYA as a new employee.

I still have so much to learn and so many things I don't know, but I'm studying every day, absorbing good things from the reliable staff at the Osaka store. There's a lot to remember, and it's certainly not an easy job, but in return, there's the excitement of learning new things and gradually increasing what I can do.

I particularly find job satisfaction when customers purchase products or when they say things like, "Thank you" or "I'll come again." I always try to smile when serving customers, but those moments when I receive such words from customers are when I myself smile the most.

As a member of KADOYA, I will do my best to contribute to the store as much as possible.

And I'm looking forward to seeing how I, who never rode a motorcycle and never wore a leather jacket, will be influenced by the staff and customers around me and how I will change. I'm even looking forward to it myself (laughs).
