It is important to create products that make customers feel comfortable both physically and mentally.
[Please tell us about your current job]
I am in charge of product design and planning and development. I am involved in the process from product concept to design and prototyping, and I am focused on creating new value for KADOYA's products.
[Please tell us about the appeal of Kadoya]
At Kadoya, we place great importance on providing quality products to customers and valuing their trust, so I feel a great sense of fulfillment in creating products and services. In addition, we have a culture where opinions can be freely exchanged regardless of department or position, and if you have the autonomy, you can flexibly try new things even if they are unprecedented.
[What is rewarding, exciting and fun about your job?]
I feel very rewarded when customers and in-house staff say, "This is great," or "I like it and use it regularly." We also have in-house seamstresses and pattern makers, so when we exchange ideas with them to plan the product and create a good prototype, everyone's excitement rises. The best part of working at Kadoya is that everyone works together with passion to "make good products and provide even better service."
[Please tell us what you value most in your work]
Aiming to "create products that customers can feel comfortable in both body and mind," I always try to update my information and skills without being limited by my own knowledge and experience. As a planner, I realize that there is no end to learning and exploring, such as materials, components, manufacturing methods, design trends, and changes in the times.
