A customer's "thank you" is rewarding for me and a source of smiles
I only had a moped license and had never even worn a leather jacket, but that's how I ended up at KADOYA. I found KADOYA's job site in the middle of my job hunt. It looked like a bright spot for me, who was at a dead end.
My first impression of KADOYA was "cool." It was attractive even to me, a woman. I was nervous about starting from scratch with no experience or skills, but when I got in, I noticed that there were no female staff members there at the time of the interview.
To be honest, I thought, "I'm not alone, that's a relief" (laughs). I started out gaining experience working as a part-timer, and then in April I officially joined KADOYA as a new employee.
It's been about five months since I joined the company, and there are still many things I don't understand or know, but I'm learning from the good points of the reliable Osaka store staff every day. What makes my job worthwhile is when a customer makes a purchase or says, "Thank you," or "I'll come again."
This is the moment when I smile the most, as I always try to smile.
There is a lot to remember so it is not an easy job, but I think it is very rewarding.
I will do my best to be of even greater help as a member of KADOYA! I'm looking forward to seeing how I, a person who doesn't ride a motorbike or wear a leather jacket, will be influenced by those around me in the future (laughs).
