It's rewarding to see the happy look on a customer's face when they put their custom-made jacket on for the first time. It takes time to complete, so I'm happy to be able to witness that long-awaited moment.

I am especially happy with jackets that are created based on the client's image and that we spend a lot of time discussing and creating.
