Being understanding in all things

[Please tell us about your current job]

The majority of my work involves customer service, sales, taking orders, etc. I also do computer work related to running the store.

[Please tell us about the appeal of Kadoya]

With 90 years of experience, we have built up the technology and trust that has made us the longest-running company in Japan. You can have peace of mind knowing that we can provide after-sales support, including repairs and cleaning, right from the time of your purchase.

[What is rewarding, exciting and fun about your job?]

In a good way, the distance between each department is close, and if you take the time to listen, the voice of each employee will be heard.

For example, when I'm serving customers in a store and I think, "I wish there was a product like this," or "I think this is the kind of product the customer is looking for," I'll make a product suggestion, and when that suggestion actually becomes a product and the customer is satisfied with their purchase and says, "This is exactly what I wanted!", it's the best feeling!

What I find rewarding about working at Kadoya is that if you sincerely express your thoughts on any aspect of the company, not just product proposals, they will sincerely make it a reality.

[Please tell us what you value most in your work]

It is important to understand the appeal of Kadoya that our predecessors have built up, the "Kadoya-ness." Because we are in a position where we can hear the reactions and feedback of our customers directly, I think it is very important to understand why Kadoya has been so loved and recognized.

We call ourselves a long-established venture, so we hope to preserve the good old days of Kadoya while creating products and proposing ideas that are in line with the times.
