In addition to customer service duties such as selling ready-made products, accepting custom-made items, repairs and refurbishment, I am also in charge of replenishing stock, displaying items and cleaning the store.
[Please tell us about the appeal of Kadoya]
We have the know-how and technical skills for leather products that we have cultivated since our founding in 1935, so we feel that one of our strengths is that we can provide after-sales services such as repairs and cleaning in-house.
The appeal of our company is that we provide after-sales service in-house, allowing us to offer customers clothing that they can wear for a long time with peace of mind.
[What is rewarding, exciting and fun about your job?]
This is true for all customer service jobs, but I feel rewarded when I receive words of gratitude from customers.
I also think that the fun part of this job, which has a highly hobby-like quality, is being able to increase my knowledge and experience about my favorite things, such as leather and bikes, through my work.

I always try to maintain a humble attitude and a sense of gratitude. I want to keep this attitude in mind not only with my customers, but also with my staff, and learn new things every day.
