[Tell us about your current work]
I am in charge of customer service at the store, including selling ready-made products and taking orders for custom-made items, repairs, and re-leathering. I make an effort to carefully listen to customers' requests and needs, and to propose solutions that are tailored to each individual.
In addition, I also replenish and display products, and clean the store. Keeping the sales floor tidy so that customers can easily view products and have a pleasant shopping experience is also an important part of my job.

[What is KADOYA's appeal?]
KADOYA's appeal lies in the expertise in leather products and high technical capabilities cultivated over many years since its establishment in 1935. Being able to handle not only product sales but also after-sales services such as repairs and cleaning in-house is also a major strength.
Because we have a system in place to provide solid support even after purchase, we can propose garments that customers can use with peace of mind for a long time. The unique appeal of KADOYA lies in the fact that it doesn't end with the sale, but continues to stay with that cherished garment even after.

[What do you find rewarding, exciting, or interesting about your job?]
I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I receive words of gratitude from customers through my customer service. The joy of helping a customer choose a satisfying garment through my proposals is exceptional.
Also, being able to deepen my knowledge and experience of my beloved leather and motorcycles while working is an interesting aspect unique to this hobby-driven job.
[What do you value most in your work?]
I always try to maintain a humble attitude and a sense of gratitude. I make it a point to treat not only customers but also my colleagues with the same attitude every day.
I want to continue learning new things every day by having gratitude for those around me and honestly accepting various opinions and experiences.
