Our relationship with customers doesn't end with the sale, but we can have a long-term relationship with them for repairs and maintenance purposes. We also provide consultations that require specialized knowledge, so I think it's attractive that we are not just a salesperson .

・What is rewarding, exciting and fun about your job?

I feel that the greatest reward is knowing that my lifestyle of loving bikes and fashion can be applied to my work.

I used to work in sales at other brands, but compared to that experience, Kadoya is more focused on motorcycle wear (functional We have a wide variety of customers, including those who want a leather jacket for their own use, those who want a leather jacket for everyday wear (fashion ) ,

Since more experience and knowledge are required, I think the interesting thing about being a salesperson is that there is no end to it.

・Please tell us what you value most when doing your job.

It's important to work with a sense of enjoyment. This is something I've felt from my own past experiences, but because this is a store, personal emotions are more likely to be apparent in the store.

For this reason, I value communication not only with other store staff but also with customers, including casual conversation about things other than products , as it makes me feel happy .
