I am responsible for customer service and sales, taking orders and repairs, handling leather refinishing requests, and performing store manager duties.

You can gain knowledge and skills about leather products and use them in your work. Also, because it is a long-established venture, the voices of the staff are easily heard.
[What is rewarding, exciting and fun about your job?]
I started working part-time at a greengrocer when I was in high school, and before I knew it, I was working in customer service and sales. I've been in customer service for over 30 years, and I think it's what I like. After all, communicating with customers is the most fun part.

We sell the "Kadoya brand" because we do not compromise on our beliefs or change our stance. However, we must be flexible in changing our methods and approaches.
