Application Requirements

Requirements

・Experience operating an e-commerce site (1 year or more)
 *Experience with proprietary e-commerce sites or e-commerce marketplaces is acceptable.
・Understanding of the entire business flow from order management to shipping arrangements.
・Practical experience using OMS/WMS or equivalent knowledge.
・Practical experience in inventory management and product management.
・Basic Excel/PowerPoint skills (e.g., basic functions like VLOOKUP, ability to create documents).
・Practical experience in managing multiple tasks concurrently.
・Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external teams.

Preferred Qualifications

・Experience operating an e-commerce site using Shopify
・Experience operating e-commerce marketplaces (Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping, Amazon, etc.)
・Experience in improving product pages and implementing measures to increase sales and CVR
・Experience in operating web advertising, SNS, and email newsletters
・Experience in data analysis and improvement using Google Analytics, etc.
・Experience in making improvements based on access analysis and numerical analysis
・Experience in business process improvement and systematization
・Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
・Interest in motorcycles, leather jackets, and fashion

Job Description

You will be comprehensively responsible for e-commerce site operations, web marketing, and OMO initiatives, ranging from daily operations to improvements and proposal of new measures.

(1) E-commerce site operations
・Operation and management of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
・Order management, shipping instructions, and shipping operations
・Customer support (inquiry handling, returns and exchanges)
・Product registration and product information management
・Product arrival processing and inventory management
・Management and adjustment of prices, inventory, and sales status
・Operation and implementation support for various systems, including OMS/WMS
・Improvement of business flows and optimization of operational procedures

(2) Web Marketing
・Operation and management of web advertising
・SNS operation (post planning, performance measurement)
・Planning and execution of campaigns and sales promotion measures
・Collection and analysis of sales and access data
・Proposal of improvement measures for product pages and user flows

(3) OMO Strategy
・Planning and operation of OMO measures linking physical stores and e-commerce
・Information sharing with store staff and construction of operational flows
・Measures to improve customer experience across online and offline channels

Head office

Working Hours 9:30 - 18:00 (7 hours 30 minutes of actual work / 1 hour break)
*Average 20 hours of overtime per month
Employment Type Full-time employee: probationary period (3 months)
Salary

Monthly salary: 250,000 yen - 350,000 yen
*Includes fixed overtime pay of 40,000 yen (for 25 hours)
*Determined according to our company's regulations based on experience and ability.

Estimated annual income for the first year: 3,000,000 yen - 4,500,000 yen

Special Notes Regarding Fixed Overtime Pay
*Fixed overtime pay for 25 hours is provided regardless of whether overtime work is performed. Additional payment will be made for hours exceeding this.

Payday 25th of every month
