Application Requirements

Required condition

・Experience in managing an e-commerce site (1 year or more)
* Either your own e-commerce site or an e-commerce mall is acceptable. ・Understanding the entire workflow from order management to shipping arrangements ・Practical experience using OMS/WMS or equivalent knowledge ・Practical experience in inventory management and product management ・Basic Excel/PowerPoint skills (ability to use basic functions such as VLOOKUP and create documents)
・Persons with practical experience in working on multiple tasks in parallel ・Persons who can communicate smoothly both inside and outside the team

Business content

You will be responsible for a wide range of aspects, from e-commerce site management, web marketing, and OMO initiatives, to being involved in a wide range of activities, from daily operations to improvements and policy planning.

(1) E-commerce site management, operation and management of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, order management, shipping instructions, shipping operations, customer support (response to inquiries, return and exchange)
・Product registration, product information management ・Product arrival processing, inventory management ・Price, inventory, and sales status management and adjustment ・Operation and implementation support of various systems including OMS/WMS ・Improvement of business flow, optimization of management operations

(2) Web marketing, web advertising operation and management, SNS operation (posting planning, effectiveness measurement)
・Planning and execution of campaigns and sales promotion measures ・Collection and analysis of sales and access data ・Planning improvement measures for product pages and traffic flow

(3) OMO strategy: Planning and operation of OMO measures linking physical stores and e-commerce; sharing information with store staff; building operational flow; measures to improve customer experience across online and offline

Working hours 9:30-18:00 (7 hours 30 minutes of work / 1 hour break)
*Overtime work included, average 20 hours per month
Employment type Full-time employee: Trial period (3 months)
Salary

Monthly salary of 250,000 yen or more *Includes fixed overtime pay of 40,000 yen or more (for 25 hours) *Determined according to company regulations, taking into consideration experience and ability

Expected first year salary: 3,000,000 to 4,500,000 yen

Special notes regarding fixed overtime pay : Fixed overtime pay for 25 hours will be paid regardless of whether overtime work is performed or not. If it exceeds this amount, additional payment will be made.

Wage payment date 25th of the month
Salary increases and bonuses (1) Bonuses: twice a year (July and December)
(2) Salary increase: once a year
Holidays and vacations (1) Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (work on Saturdays once or twice a month)
(2) New Year's holidays, summer holidays, Golden Week holidays (3) Paid vacation system (4) 112 days of holidays per year (2023 results)
