Work place

Head Office: 3-29-21 Nishiasakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-0035
*Remote control not available

Working hours 9:30-18:00 (7 hours 30 minutes of work / 1 hour break)
*Overtime work included, average 20 hours per month
Employment type Full-time employee: Trial period (3 months)
Salary Monthly salary of 250,000 yen or more (including fixed overtime pay)
* Determined according to company regulations, taking into consideration experience and ability

Special notes regarding fixed overtime pay: Fixed overtime pay for 25 hours will be paid regardless of whether overtime work is performed or not. If it exceeds this amount, additional payment will be made.
Wage payment date 25th of the month
Salary increases and bonuses (1) Bonuses: twice a year (July and December)
(2) Salary increase: once a year
Holidays and vacations (1) Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (work on Saturdays once or twice a month)
(2) New Year's holidays, summer holidays, Golden Week holidays (3) Paid vacation system (4) 112 days of holidays per year (2023 results)

Recruitment flow

STEP1: Entry
