BRMJ/OVS
This time we would like to introduce "BRMJ", which is a limited edition made to order at a KADOYA directly managed store.
The ready-made product "BRMJ" that is the base is a complete "running" specification that uses minkle leather for the main body leather.
Minkle leather is the strongest of the leathers used at Head Factory, and is an MFJ-approved material that has been used on circuit stages for many years.
On the other hand, for this bespoke specification, the material has been changed to the recently popular "oiled vintage steer."
North American steerhide is finished with a time-consuming combination tanning process, and the smoothness of the oil-containing texture and the transparency of the semi-aniline finish create a leather-like texture that is different from pigmented finishes.
There is no change to the filling of the pad, and the moderate volume gives it a rugged yet smart finish.
The lining has been changed from the original 80g super hard twill quilting to 40g combed cotton quilting, and the sleeve lining is made of thick satin without cotton.
Cotton fabric improves its flavor over time, and like leather, it is fun to grow.
There is no change in the form of the main body itself.
Originally, "BRMJ" was designed to accommodate a forward leaning posture, and has sufficient sleeve attachment and momentum.
Although we use thick minkle leather to prioritize safety, it does take some time for the leather to get used to your body.
This bespoke version retains the athleticism of a rider's jacket, and is designed to be easy to get used to from the start, making it an item that can be enjoyed with a vintage feel.
The specifications are different from the genuine "BRMJ".
This product will be shipped in extremely small quantities, so if you are interested, please contact us.
