There will not be many opportunities to experience renewal of store interiors related to yourself. This time, I happened to be in the middle of it, so I would like to tell you about the day before the renewal opening of Kadoya Tokyo Main Store.

The stairs from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor were changed from the red-framed stairs to a chic gray staircase. Part of the wall around the stairs has also been removed. Is it a change from content that focuses on going to the second floor, which is the main floor, to content that shows the stairs?

The window on the second floor of the main floor was planned to be covered with fabric sewn at the head office factory, so the facilitator and the factory manager had a meeting. I find it interesting to sew the cover of a store that sells riders at a factory that sews riders.

A tool bag made by a craftsman of an interior construction contractor who responded to detailed requests until just before the opening. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has an eye for leather products. Simple and robust leather products like tool bags have a different appeal from delicate leather products.

A silver pen for drawing lines on leather. The store staff at the Tokyo head office chose a glass container for the pen holder. It may be because of his sense that it strangely suits the new interior.

The floor was changed from a metal texture to an old wood type. Floor work was done with brand new shoes. This may be related to Kadoya's craftsmen who try not to leave even a single wrinkle on their riders.

When the sun went down and night began to fall, the store was filled with leather jackets. And when the detailed settings came to an end, and everyone began to feel the completion of the store, the clock was installed.

"Sampo yoshi" is an old word, but it is still valid today. I would like to expect that the Kadoya Tokyo Main Store, which has been renewed, will accumulate good episodes for sellers, buyers, and the public.
