Please tell us about the work you are currently doing.

Production, repair, planning of leather products, and overall operation of the head office factory.

Please tell us about the appeal of Kadoya.

It's "people and things."

What is the challenge, pleasure, and fun of your work?

I originally entered the industry because I loved leather and making things, but KADOYA, especially the main factory, is responsible for a wide range of things, including not only the production of leather products, but also repairs, customization, and planning.

They make special items that can be called clothing and tools, centered around riders and jumpsuits. That's why functionality is essential, and if something breaks, it's basic to fix it.
Therefore, it is not enough for the craftsmen at the main factory to be successful just because they can make products.

The job of KADOYA's main factory and HEAD FACTORY is to think about how to make clothes comfortable, strong, rational, cool, and beautiful, and put them into practice. I find it interesting to work in such a friendly workplace.

Please tell us what you value most in your work.

No matter how many thousands of garments we make, we must never forget that each garment is a garment for the person who wears it. The same idea applies to repairs and anything else.
