The work I am currently in charge of is diverse, including selling ready-made products, accepting orders for custom-made products, accepting repair and re-leathering services, and even replenishing and displaying products. By doing so, I aim to create a store that meets the diverse needs of our customers while always keeping our products looking attractive. I value the consistency of our customer support throughout the entire process, from sales to after-sales service.

The greatest appeal of Kadoya is its ability to propose products that it has developed since its founding in 1935, and its system that allows it to complete all processes in-house, from product production and sales to repairs and cleaning. This ensures the stability of product quality and service, allowing customers to use our products with peace of mind.
[What is rewarding, exciting and fun about your job?]
What I find especially rewarding is the moment when a customer who has been considering leather jackets from many brands finally chooses our product. I feel a great sense of fulfillment in being able to support the experience of customers in the store, seeing and touching the products with their own eyes and choosing them.

Even if a product can be purchased online or at a mass retailer, we always want our customers to feel that it is worth visiting our directly managed stores. Since leather jackets are not something you buy many times in your lifetime, we value making this rare purchase experience even more special at our directly managed stores.
