Requests when sending items to be repaired

• Please send it in a box to prevent damage during transportation.
• Estimates for repairs are provided only for the areas requested by the customer and the areas proposed by the craftsmen. We would appreciate it if you could write down the parts you wish to be repaired on a memo paper or the like and enclose it.
• There are many cases where cash cards, USB memory sticks, commuter passes, etc. are left in the items requested for repair. Before sending the product, please check the contents of the repair request again.
