Thanks to all of you, we were able to welcome the new year safely this year.

At the beginning of a year, I always set goals for this year.
I am reconsidering my attitude towards work.
When I think about it, I have this interesting and rewarding job as a pattern maker.
I didn't join KADOYA because I wanted to.

When I was 21 years old, I wanted to get a job.
I was hired by this company because I wanted to be a craftsman.

However, various situations are changing dramatically at the company,
As a new employee, while still working, I attended a fashion school.
I started to be appointed as the pattern maker for KADOYA.

The first time I worked on a fully custom pattern for a customer was
I remember it was about a year later.

I was lucky enough to be present at the time of delivery.
I remember being so nervous that I was shaking.



Since then, thanks to your support, I have been able to create fully custom-made patterns.
I have made many things here.
I have felt a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment through my work.

Once again, I would like to thank the customer who gave me the opportunity and the president at the time.

When I think about it, the first time I made a pattern was...

Yes, I think that was when I was in 5th or 6th grade of elementary school.
Time is an unprecedented professional wrestling boom

For some reason, I was fascinated by the masked man.

Because my mother worked as a subordinate at KADOYA,
We were lucky enough to be able to source our leather.

Luxuriously, we made a mask using genuine leather for the decorative parts.



What I did was take measurements and make a pattern.
My mother was in charge of cutting and sewing.

Now that I think about it, it's the exact job I'm currently doing.

I want to wear a Mil Mascaras mask!

This is my first pattern work, which I created with all my heart.
It was definitely that mask.

For better or worse, getting used to it
You make yourself desensitized.

I had almost forgotten who I was when I was innocent,
It was the beginning of a year when my heart was washed by the mask man.
