Leather mask hanger? I made a little

Masks are hard to come by these days due to the coronavirus outbreak.

I've been hearing a lot of people asking , ``Doesn't Kadoya make leather masks?''

However, it is not good for hygiene to make it normally from leather. .

I've been thinking that I'd like to make a fashionable biker item mask, but if I were to make one now...

So how about something like kitchen paper or your handkerchief that can be attached and removed and replaced inside? Personally, I made various prototypes.

In the end, this is what I got! ! lol

Let's start with the appearance.

The leather sewing part has stitching in the seam allowance so that there is less contact with the skin.

It visually enhances the leather atmosphere and gives a solid impression.

Accented with mesh eyelets on the vents.

The distinctive rivets along with the mesh eyelets also serve as a mechanism to prevent the rubber string from falling off.

As you can see, it is extremely simple and has no lining (because lining will trap moisture).

However, we have thoroughly investigated the rationality of the manufacturing process .

The string part is designed to be worn by wrapping it around the back of the head.

Even if you wear it for a long time, your ears won't hurt or slip off easily.

You can also use a cord stopper to adjust the fit.

Place kitchen paper, cloth, handkerchiefs, etc. inside.

This is a very common commercially available kitchen paper.

(Also, cloth or handkerchiefs up to the size of 25cm x 25cm can be attached using the same method.)

Fold it like this, pull out the elastic cord and hang it gently.

When you pull the elastic cord, it fits into the folded part on the armpit, and the friction between the paper or cloth and the leather surface prevents it from coming off.

By the way, the rubber strap part is made so that it does not interfere with the jet helmet when worn. (That's because Kadoya is a biker item lol)
