By knowing the backbone of things we use and wear on a daily basis,

There are times when the way you look at something changes or you start to feel attached to it.

Therefore, we not only want everyone to see Kadoya's products, but also

I decided to make a photolog so that you can learn more about Kadoya's history.

Leather jackets have a history of over 100 years, but they were originally used for motorcycles.

It seems that it was first made in America in the 1930s.

I was surprised to hear that it was around the same time as Kadoya was founded.

• In 1935, four years before the start of World War II, the first company president, Shojiro Fukano,
  Founded as "Kadoya Leather Clothing Store" in Asakusa, Tokyo
• In 1975, Masataka Fukano (current chairman) became the second president.
  Expanding business by entering the world of motorcycles
• In 1985, Kadoya Co., Ltd. was established. Constructed own building at current address
• In the same year, directly managed SHOP Sendai store opened.
• In 2000, the Sendai store was relocated to its current address and renovated.
• In 2003, directly managed SHOP Osaka store and Fukuoka store opened simultaneously.
• Directly managed SHOP Nagoya store opened in 2005
• In 2006, we started a new business called “Ref Leather,” which specializes in leather cleaning.
• In 2012, Masakazu Fukano (current president) was appointed president.
• In 2019, we started selling the new brand ALTER KEIS
• In 2020, we will celebrate the 85th anniversary of our founding.
