[Please tell us about your current job]

I am mainly in charge of sales, stocking and replenishing products, and accepting repairs and leather repair services.
As we are in the position closest to our customers, we hope to listen to their requests and thoughts, provide a comfortable space, and at the same time convey the appeal of KADOYA.

[Please tell us about the appeal of Kadoya]

I think it's the technical skill of the craftsmen that has created this long history and kept it going, and the human qualities that show consideration for each and every person who wears a leather jacket.

[What is rewarding, exciting and fun about your job?]

An environment where there is always learning.

I use what I learned from KADOYA's history and episodes to serve customers, and we have a system in place for after-sales care after purchase, so customers are satisfied. That's what makes it rewarding for me personally. I learn a lot from listening to the stories of each customer, which are unique to their bikes and the area, and my superiors and colleagues are willing to listen to the ideas I have for trying and give me advice, suggestions, and guidance.

I believe that growth and possibilities are limitless.

[Please tell us what you value most in your work]

My grandfather told me when I was a teenager: "Do you know what 'work' means? It means making things easier for other people." I treasure these words.

I always hope that my coworkers and the customers who interact with me have a fun time.

To that end, I will continue to carefully observe and absorb even the smallest details, and strive to work and behave with care and consideration.
