Application Requirements	・At least one year of sales experience, whether corporate or individual. ・Ability to smoothly handle customer interactions via phone and email. ・Basic PC skills (simple table creation in Excel, email correspondence, etc.). ・Ordinary First-Class Driver's License (automatic transmission limited acceptable).
Preferred	・Work experience in the motorcycle industry or apparel industry. ・Interest in leather products and leather wear. ・Passion for motorcycles or an interest in them.
Job Description	You will be mainly engaged in sales activities targeting existing customers. (*No new cold calling) ・Regular visits to existing clients (motorcycle shops, apparel stores, etc.) ・Proposing new products and supporting store display creation ・Sales proposals for OEM/custom-made products ・Responding to inquiries (phone and email) ・Receiving, managing progress, and providing after-sales support for repairs and custom orders ・Customer service and sales at exhibitions and events ・Supporting product shipping/receiving and inventory management
Work Location	3-29-21 Nishi-Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-0033
Work Hours	9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (7 hours 30 minutes actual work / 1 hour break)
Employment Type	Full-time employee *Trial period available (3 months)
Salary	Monthly salary: 250,000 yen - 350,000 yen Includes fixed overtime pay of 40,000 yen~ (for 25 hours) (Extra will be paid if exceeded) Determined according to our company regulations based on experience and ability Estimated annual income for the first year: 3,000,000 yen - 4,500,000 yen Special notes regarding fixed overtime pay *Fixed overtime pay for 25 hours will be provided regardless of whether overtime work is performed. Additional pay will be provided if exceeded.
Payday	25th of every month
Salary Increase/Bonus	Bonus: Twice a year (July and December) Salary Increase: Once a year
