Application Requirements	・Interested in leather products and motorcycles ・Able to handle phone and email correspondence ・PC skills (able to create documents and spreadsheets)
Preferred	・Possess a Class 1 ordinary driver's license (AT limited) ・Experience working in the motorcycle or apparel industry ・Enjoys leather products ・Enjoys motorcycles
Job Description	Based on your application, we will proceed with the selection process for a position that matches your experience, aspirations, and preferences. While job duties vary depending on the assigned department, they are expected to include the following: ・Product proposals to clients, inquiry handling ・Logistics management, receiving and shipping operations ・EC site order management, inquiry handling ・EC site product registration ・Promotional activities ・Marketing activities ・Product planning ・Store operations etc.
Work Location	3-29-21 Nishi-Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-0033
Working Hours	・Head office: 9:30 - 18:00 (7 hours 30 minutes actual work / 1 hour break) ・Store: 10:45 - 19:15 (7 hours 30 minutes actual work / 1 hour break)
Employment Type	Full-time employee * Probationary period (3 months)
Salary	Monthly salary from 233,000 yen Includes fixed overtime pay of 38,500 yen (for 25 hours) (Overtime beyond this will be paid separately) Determined according to company regulations based on experience and ability Estimated annual income for the first year: 2,800,000 yen - 4,500,000 yen
Payday	25th of every month
Salary Increase / Bonus	Bonus: Twice a year (July and December) Salary increase: Once a year
Holidays / Vacations	・Head office: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (work on the last Saturday of every month) ・Store: Wednesdays + shift holidays ・Year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays ・Paid leave system available ・114 annual holidays
