【Important】 Notice of Cancellation: RIDE ENGINEER / elefantas (Suede Black)
Thank you for your continued patronage of KADOYA products.
Regarding the "RIDE ENGINEER" and "elefantas (Suede Black)" products scheduled for release as part of our 2026 Autumn/Winter collection, we have identified deposits, believed to be mold spores, on some products within the production lot.
In response to this, we have been thoroughly verifying the condition and safety of the affected products while carefully considering how to handle the current production lot.
As a result, we have decided to recall all products from the affected production lot, prioritizing our customers' peace of mind over selecting only a portion of the inventory for sale.
Furthermore, the recalled products will not be resold; we plan to manufacture a new batch instead.
However, as reproduction will require a significant amount of time, we regret to announce that we have decided to cancel the release of the "RIDE ENGINEER" and "elefantas (Suede Black)" for the 2026 Autumn/Winter season.
We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and concern this has caused to those who were looking forward to the release and those who have already placed orders.
For customers who have already received the affected products, we will be conducting a product recall and providing refunds to prevent any potential health risks.
For orders that have not yet been shipped, we will cancel the shipment of these items and proceed with the necessary cancellation and refund procedures in due course.
We are reaching out to affected customers individually with further instructions, and we kindly ask that you review the information provided.
We take this matter very seriously and are committed to identifying the cause and preventing any recurrence, as well as further strengthening our quality control systems moving forward.
Ensuring that our customers can use KADOYA products with confidence remains our top priority, and we are dedicated to maintaining the highest quality standards. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
