Bikes are both a hobby and a means of transportation.

When you go out, wear bike wear with protective gear. It is generally recommended, and wearing protective gear will reduce the risk of injury for your own body.

However, I personally like a variety of clothes, so sometimes I just want to change things up and run in regular apparel.
