A bag series that pursues functional beauty when riding and convenience that blends into daily life.

While there are many motorcycle-specific bags, excessive features and prominent logos can sometimes hinder everyday coordination. We wanted something simpler, yet still thoughtfully designed for riding. The desire to create "the most user-friendly bag, both on and off the bike" was the starting point for this project.

For this project, everything from concept to design was entirely developed by KADOYA. What we arrived at is a thoroughly refined "2-way specification." It fits snugly against the body while riding and transforms smartly when you dismount. To ensure a seamless transition, we pursued expandability of the straps and ease of attachment and detachment.

■WAIST BODY BAG

A 2-way waist bag that can also be used as a body bag. PVC coating on the back of the fabric provides a simple waterproof function, making it suitable for sudden changes in weather. A sub-belt is standard equipment to suppress bag movement while riding.

Equipped with a quick-release mechanism that allows one-action length adjustment. The transition from "on the waist while riding" to "body bag after dismounting" can be made instantly, even with gloves on.

Made from a casual, subdued matte ripstop fabric. A patch designed by Nobuki Kato is placed in the center, giving it an iconic look that stands out on the street.

■LEG BODY BAG

A 2-way model that transforms from a leg bag to a body bag. Emphasizing style when dismounted, it features a simple exterior with partial cow suede, enhancing the elegance and texture expected from a leather brand.

The leg belt is not only detachable but can also be neatly stored inside the front suede flap. The rationality of the 2-way design is sublimated into its aesthetics.

Similar to the waist bag, it features a mechanism for one-action belt length adjustment. This allows for quick selection of the optimal length, whether for tight fitting during riding or more relaxed wear while walking.

■2WAY DUFFLE PACK

A duffle bag that transforms into a backpack by changing the shoulder straps. Designed with riding in mind, it features three-dimensional shoulder straps and a chest harness.

Strong and easily detachable magnetic buckles are used at the base of the shoulder straps. This allows for smooth and hassle-free switching between hand-carry, shoulder-carry, and backpack modes.

Designed for backpack use, it features curved straps that conform to the shoulders. Additionally, a magnetic chest harness ensures a snug fit against the body, even at high speeds.
