Goatskin, which is strong and lightweight due to its rich fiber structure and has high strength against surface friction, is very suitable for the environment in which a rider's jacket is placed. There are many things that are missing. However, this difficult task of establishing a stable supply route for raw skins that meet the requirements was cleared through cooperation with partner tanners, and the development of (HF GOAT) began from here. A unique embossed feeling is expressed by shrink processing that draws out the characteristics of raw leather and a wild and natural look. In order to enhance the lightfastness, fading, and rubbing fastness to the deep color dyed with natural materials, the minimum necessary pigment is sprayed to supplement the surface strength while maintaining the rich texture. By using a time-consuming method of filling the tanning agent with a chrome tanning agent in the middle of the tanning process, it has a sticky and tightened feel, and as a result, the characteristics of goatskin that are difficult to feel changes over time on the surface are further cultivated. We are transforming it into something worthwhile. The HF "N-1" is a model based on a deck crew jacket, with elements of a rider's jacket scattered throughout. The combination of a moderately roomy body line and light HF GOAT creates a comfortable fit, and the natural air layer wraps the body warmly.

Front/HF-Goat Lining/Polyester Super Hard Twill Quilted Sleeves/Removable acrylic boa liner, Collar Mouton HF-GOAT Strong, lightweight goat skin with high resistance to surface friction. However, the area and thickness of a single piece of raw leather often fall short of the ideal rider's jacket. This issue was cleared in cooperation with partner tanners. How to choose size

* Due to the riding pattern, the sleeves may feel long.
*If the material is leather, the sleeve length will be shortened by 1-2 cm.

In order to prevent damage and improve the condition, it is important to take care of it on a regular basis, just like our skin. Here, we will introduce a self-maintenance method for using leather products for a long time.

(When using maintenance agents such as cleaners and oils, be sure to test in an inconspicuous area and confirm that there is no staining or discoloration before using.)

Use a horsehair brush to remove dirt and dust from the surface of the leather. Don't forget to brush the seams as well. If the stain is severe, wipe the leather surface with a wet towel that has been tightly wrung out.

Remove the Ref / LEATHER CLEANER through the cloth (cloth) until your fingers are slightly damp. When the cleaner dries, apply an appropriate amount to the cloth again.

Wipe the entire leather in several batches. By doing this work, you can get closer to the state of no makeup on your skin. Dirt and color are transferred to the cloth, but this is proof that the old oil and dirt that has migrated have been removed.

The finish is divided into matte finish, natural finish, and glossy finish depending on the oil characteristics, so please choose the oil you like.

Apply the oil of your choice to the clean side of the cloth. Take small amounts of oil.

Apply the oil while spreading it thinly so that it fits the entire leather. If you don't have enough oil, add little by little.

Step 7

Brush the entire leather with a horsehair brush to absorb the nutrients of the oil. For large areas, it is efficient to use a large brush. At that time, we recommend using a brush different from the dust remover.

Step 8

From here, I would like to recommend "one effort" for those who want to be more particular about finishing. Wipe the whole with the mouton side of the mouton glove. By wiping with a dry cloth, excess oil remaining on the surface is removed to prevent stickiness.

What is a refresher?

It is a new common sense to wash and wear leather products.

In Japan, dry cleaning using chlorinated solvents has been the main method of cleaning leather products.

While this removes dirt, there are also cases where the color fades and the oil of the leather is removed. I had a problem.

Refleather uses a special soap for leather, which can be washed with water in addition to being dry. The important thing here is to remove the dirt and supplement the nutrients including the lost fat. As a result, the suppleness and elasticity are restored, and you should be able to feel the gentleness and strength that the original leather had.

All leather products (genuine leather) such as leather jackets, leather jumpsuits, pants, coats, skirts, and boots can be washed. It is also possible to clean color scheme models that were avoided in conventional cleaning.

Kadoya's craftsmen, who have been making leather jackets for a long time as a made-to-order leather shop, have accumulated technology that can respond to all needs over time.

As the world entered an era of mass production and mass consumption, the trend shifted toward ready-made clothes. In the midst of turbulent times, the skilled craftsmen led by Masataka Fukano, the second generation of the company, continued the custom-made production, while behind the scenes the development of ready-made clothes also started.

In 2003, the domestic brand "HEAD FACTORY", which was particular about "sewing one piece per person" as if going against the times, was transposed to the production of ready-made clothes. It was launched at the factory in the head office building in Asakusa.
