Message from the recruiter
The choice of a leather jacket and a way of life with a motorcycle.
I met KADOYA products long ago when I was 17 years old.
I drove to the Tokyo head office on my new motorcycle and got a fabric jacket.
Of course, I had a longing for leather jackets, but I was still far from being a teenager at the time. A few years later, he became a member of society and engaged in a different type of retail business, but the time was right after the bubble burst.
Days when work is the priority and there is no way to make time for yourself, days when you are exhausted.
“I want to turn my hobby into my job. That is the shortcut to my ideal.”
Having jumped into the motorcycle industry with nothing but confidence, he was overwhelmed by the gap between the ideal and the reality.
However, he had a strong desire to always be on the side of providing the things he longed for, and in his twenties he was involved in the import motorcycle sales business for about seven years. Then, when he was 30 years old, he encountered the work of KADOYA and continues to this day.
We are looking for new members in each department this term in 2022.
It is also an opportunity to choose a way of life with leather jackets and motorcycles, but the idea that "making a world of hobbies as a job will not be enough just by liking it" will not change.
It's natural to be asked to do more than what you are interested in, and it may be difficult at times to make your favorite thing or thing your lifework.
And it is also true that if you do not face the world view from all directions, you will not be able to complete the work at a long-established leather jacket store.
Admiration alone may lead to frustration, but at the end of the accumulation, you will surely find a smile full of confidence.
What is needed is the will to grow by fusing past experiences with new knowledge.
And it is the feeling of trying to make the highly hobby world that I admire and make it my own work.
KADOYA's job is to bring smiles to customers' faces by making proposals and sympathizing with customers in a space that has its own products that are in line with the times while inheriting the past.
While mixing the eyes of a motorcycle rider who wears the same leather, I would like to expect him to be active as a member of the brand.
