(Material) Punching cow
punching cow

Punching cow is a comparison of 1.3 to 1.5 mm thick glossy cowhide with 2 mm diameter ventilation holes. The distance between the holes is 5mm, which is the best balance achieved through our years of development and experience.
The larger the ventilation hole, the cooler it will be, but you also have to consider the possibility of it tearing through the hole if you fall. The answer we arrived at was a 2mm diameter hole and a 5mm pitch. These values are necessary to maintain the strength of the leather.
Furthermore, the surface is embossed. This not only creates an expression on the leather, but also gives the leather its hardness, and by punching holes in the hard leather, the punching cow maintains its best strength.
