How to enjoy weekend racing

I participated in the Tsukuba Tourist Trophy, a race held at Tsukuba Circuit on July 16th.

I started riding circuits about a year ago and have participated in mini bike endurance races and small group races several times, but this is my first time participating in a full-scale race.

It had been raining continuously from the day before the race until the morning of the race, but miraculously the rain stopped and we were able to run on a dry track.

(Vehicle is KAWASAKI NINJA250 2013 model)

He was 5th in the qualifying session (time attack) held in the morning, and started the race from 5th on the grid.

By chance, I got off to a good start and was able to enter the first corner in 2nd place, but I was surprised by the battle for the lead immediately after the start, which was my first time experiencing it, and I quickly fell back to 10th place... (lol)

There was a break during the race due to a red flag due to a fall, but I was able to run to the end safely.
There were 14 entries, 12 cars started, and while running at the tail end of a group of 7 cars, they moved up one place on the last lap and finished in 6th place.

I was able to realize once again that motorcycles are wonderful vehicles that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, from leisurely touring while admiring the scenery, to sports driving on circuits, and even races!

At KADOYA, the only item currently available for racing use is the glove GPS GLOVE-K, but as a staff member, I'm thinking that it would be nice to expand the lineup of racing items a little bit in the future...

Everyone, please enjoy touring and circuit driving safely!
