-About the point system

Points will be issued at a return rate of 5% for the amount of purchased products.
1 point = 1 yen, and you can use it from your next purchase on this site and at KADOYA directly managed stores nationwide.
Please note that the amount will not be credited to the amount of consumption tax, shipping, handling fees, etc.

Our online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Add the product to your cart from the desired product page, and enter delivery and payment information from the cart screen.
After completing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order, so please check it.
You can also check your order details from My Page.
You will receive a notification email at a later date once the product has been shipped.

FROM JAPAN will handle your payment procedures and delivery on our behalf.

Please note that orders placed using forwarding companies other than FROM JAPAN will be canceled to avoid any trouble.

・About payment methods

- Credit card payment

We accept credit cards with the VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express, and Diners logos.

Payments can only be made in one lump sum.
(Depending on your credit card company, it may be possible to split or revolving payment later. Please contact your credit card company directly for details.)

*When using a credit card, we will not be able to accept your order if the applicant's name and card holder's name are different. Please note that if the applicant name and card holder name are different, our company or card company may contact the holder to confirm by phone. In that case, even if you specify the arrival date, we will stop shipping until we receive confirmation.
*Personal information entered by customers will be processed securely using SSL encrypted communication.


- Amazon Pay

You can place an order using the shipping address and credit card information registered in your Amazon account.

Rakuten Pay

- Rakuten Pay (NEW)

This service allows you to easily pay using the credit card information registered with your Rakuten ID and also earn and use points.
You can also earn Rakuten points based on the purchase amount. You can also use your points.
*Rakuten Points can only be earned when paying with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points, or Rakuten Cash .

- PayPay online payment (NEW)

You can pay using the PayPay app on your smartphone.
--When ordering on a smartphone, the PayPay app will automatically launch when making the payment, so check the details and press the "Pay" button. After payment is completed, you will be automatically returned to Kadoya Online Shop.
--When ordering on a computer, scan the QR code displayed at the time of payment to pay, or enter your phone number and password on the PayPay login screen that appears and press the "Pay" button.

- Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)
You can pay at the door when your order is delivered.
Payment can only be made in cash (credit cards are not accepted), so please have the total amount ready in advance.
Please pay the price to the Yamato Transport delivery driver.
The following fees will be charged depending on the total payment amount for each order.

*The maximum amount for cash on delivery is 300,000 yen including handling fees. We cannot accept orders for cash on delivery that exceed the maximum amount, so please split your order.

- Bank transfer payment
This is a payment method in which the payment is deposited into the bank account specified by our company after the order is confirmed. Bank account information will be sent to you in your order confirmation email.
Once your payment is confirmed, we will prepare the item for shipment.

Payment deadline is within 5 days from the date of order.
If we cannot confirm payment within the deadline, we will cancel your order.

We will only confirm payment on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

・About shipping/delivery

*Free domestic shipping for orders over 11,000 yen including tax.

2.About delivery

In Japan, we will deliver via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express (Japan Post only in Okinawa).
Please note that we cannot accept requests for delivery company specifications.
After confirming your payment, products in stock at our distribution warehouse will be shipped within 1 business day if ordered by 1pm, and products ordered from directly managed stores will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

For customers placing orders from outside Japan, FROM JAPAN will handle the shipping procedures on our behalf.

*Delivery outside Okinawa and Japan involves air transportation, so liquids (some maintenance goods) cannot be delivered.

3.About delivery date and time specification

You can specify the delivery date and time when ordering.
The available date is not the shortest delivery date, so if you would like to receive the item as soon as possible, please place your order without specifying a date.

You can choose your delivery time from the options below.

*Depending on the product, we may not be able to fulfill your request due to reasons such as movement or shortage.

・About wrapping

As a gift for a loved one, we will wrap it for free, albeit simply.
Please indicate your preference for wrapping in the notes section on the cart screen before placing your order.

*You cannot specify the wrapping method.
*Items with known prices (price cards and invoices) will be excluded from packaging.
*Noshi and message cards are not available.

・About returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for unused items within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note that products that have undergone processing such as shortening the length or sewing patches on, and products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please apply using the Return/Exchange Form .

If you wish to return or exchange an item for reasons such as the size does not match or the image is incorrect, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and refund transfer fee.
In the case of a defective product or incorrect product being delivered, shipping costs will be covered by our company.

・About product reviews

Product reviews are impressions from customers who have actually used the product.
We will use the product reviews we receive from customers to develop better products. In addition, product reviews are helpful for customers who are considering a product, so we look forward to receiving your feedback.

After submitting a review, it may take several days for it to be published. Please note that reviews with the following content will not be published.

・Contents related to matters other than the product in question ・Contents that can identify individuals such as customers or our staff ・Contents that slander others ・Contents that violate laws or public order and morals ・Contents that lead to other sites ・Contents for commercial advertising purposes Content - Posting content that mentions manufacturers or brand names other than our company, or other content that our company deems inappropriate.

Product reviews are the opinions of individual customers. We do not guarantee the content of product reviews, and we are not responsible for any damage caused to users due to product reviews on this site.

We cannot respond to reviews submitted.
If you need an answer, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Reviews submitted by us may be freely used by our company free of charge without notifying the submitter. Additionally, posters may not exercise their moral rights against the Company.
In addition, we will develop future developments based on the content you posted. Even if the products sold are similar, the poster will not receive any compensation or rights.

・About orders, repairs, and cleaning products

1. About custom-made and semi-custom-made production

Please note that custom-made and semi-custom-made products are manufactured for the customer after receiving the customer's order, so due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the customer's convenience.

Please note that if you cancel due to special reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the progress of production.

2. Storage period for cleaning and repaired items

If the cleaning and repair requested items (hereinafter referred to as the "applicable items") entrusted to us by the customer have been cleaned or repaired or are in storage due to work not yet started, and the following applies, one year has passed from the date of notification: Please note that the customer will be deemed to have relinquished ownership of the item and that the Company will dispose of the item in a manner prescribed by the Company.

  1. If the customer does not receive the item even though we have notified the customer that the item will be returned.
  2. If the customer does not receive the item even though the customer cancels the request after informing the customer of the estimated price.
  3. If the customer does not respond to the estimate even after 30 days from the date of notification of the estimated amount.
  4. If we are unable to contact the customer

In these cases, our company may charge the customer for the cost of cleaning and repairing the item, as well as the cost of storing and disposing of the item.

3. Storage period for custom-made, semi-custom-made, and reserved items

Custom-made, semi-custom-made, and reserved products ordered by customers (hereinafter referred to as "the products in question") will be stored by the customer after a storage period of one year from the completion notification date or stocking notification date if any of the following apply. Please note that ownership of the item will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of the item in a manner prescribed by us.

  1. If the customer does not receive the item even though the customer has been notified of the delivery of the item.
  2. If we are unable to contact the customer

In these cases, our company may charge the customer for storage costs and disposal costs in addition to the item price and cancellation fee.
